2. What we collect

• Partnership enquiry form: your full name, organisation, email address and the message you write to us.
• Technical data: when you submit the form we record the IP address and the time of submission. This is used only to protect the form from abuse.
• Language preference: a single cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers whether you chose the English or Arabic version of the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on this website.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To respond to your partnership enquiry and follow up with you about it. Basis: the data is necessary to act on the request you make by sending the form.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse of the form. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
• To remember your language choice. Basis: strictly necessary for the website to work as you asked.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

• Our internal partnerships and management teams, who handle enquiries.
• Service providers who host the website and deliver the enquiry to our team. They process data only on our instructions.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Our website is hosted by an international hosting provider, so enquiry data may be stored or processed outside the Kingdom. Where that happens, we apply the safeguards required by the PDPL.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires a longer period. IP addresses used for abuse protection are kept only for a short time. The language cookie stays in your browser until you clear it.

6. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS, form input is validated and rate-limited, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• know how we collect and use your personal data;
• access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for;
• withdraw your consent where our processing relies on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email it@tawabel.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the competent authority, the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

9. Children

This website is intended for business partners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
